olajumokeworldFrom @qtabyevents We went to visit mama Emily again today, we met her grandson and the neighbors who have been like her family, we also met a few other people with compelling stories from the community. We avoided taking pictures or videos of people.
Mama has got such a wonderful smile, and she gave us that priceless smile when we told her she will be able to live together decently with her grandson & his children.
We will work with mama's grandson to see how to give mama, her grandson & great grand children a total makeover. We will also like to spill the love to the neighbors & two other cases in the community as we believe Mama Emily is the voice that God used to speak for them.
The grandson who is a young man also pleaded that things are done with a bit more caution & privacy as he has gotten calls and criticism about the video & he is under pressure.
We will contact everyone who has shown interest in the project privately & continue with our plans. We will work under the umbrella of Jegede Paul Foundation which duely registered & has been doing outreaches & slum projects in the past.
