10 Year Old Boy, 2 Others Die During Deliverance In Delta State

Delta State’s Police Command PRO, DSP Andrew Aniamaka, on Tuesday confirmed that 3 worshipers of a church located in the outskirt of Warri, died during a deliverance service. He went further to disclose that one of the deceased drowned, while two others died during a prayer session in the church at the weekend. “The information actually is that one worshipper drowned and two died in the church; that is the information available to me at the moment,” Aniamaka said. According to NAN, a source who spoke with newsmen identified those who died as; 10-year-old boy Emmanuel Odili; Mrs Beatrice Nwachukwu and Mr Antonio Abba. A suspected kidnap kingpin, Chukwudi Dumeme Onuamadike , also known as Evans, who was arrested by police in Lagos said on Sunday that he chose to collect ransom in American dollars to be different from other kidnappers. The suspect, while being paraded at the Lagos Police Command in Ikeja, told newsmen that he started kidnapping in 2015, after he left his spare parts business, a claim that contradicted the police statement that he was declared wanted in 2013. He claimed that he lost N20 million to Customs officers, which made him to leave his trade. The suspect was arrested in his mansion in Magodo area of the state on Saturday. Nigerian man who committed sexual offences against young girls jailed for 13 years in U.K

A Nigerian man residing in New Addington, who pretended to be 10 years younger online to groom and then secretly film sexual activity with young girls, has been jailed. Olubunmi Abolumo, of Central Parade, opened and ran a social media account where he pretended to be 19, when he is actually 29, to befriend young girls, all under 16. After grooming them, unemployed Abolumo would invite them to his home where he took part in sexual activity, secretly recording them on a webcam on his laptop. Police said that at the time, the victims were not aware he had been recording them. Detective Superintendent John Macdonald, of the Met's Sexual Offences, Exploitation and Child Abuse Command, described Abolumo as a "very dangerous" offender. . About two people have been feared killed with places of worship burnt as Hausa traders and some youths, believed to be local government task force team in Eleme LGA of Rivers State, clashed. . . 3 headless bodies found in 80-year-old herbalist’s house in Osun .

An 80-year-old man, Lamidi Abioye, has been arrested by the Osun State Police Command after decomposing headless and decapitated bodies were found in three shallow graves found in his compound in Gbongan. The discovery was reportedly made on Monday, at about 5:00p.m., after a resident of Idi-Ifa area of Gbongan town reported at Gbongan police station that an offensive odour was perceived from the suspect’s compound. . Based on the report, a team from the police station went to Pa Abioye’s house and, after combing the compound, discovered the shallow graves in which the decomposing headless bodies were found. .
