19-year-old college student Anok Yai went viral after a photographer took her picture at Howard University homecoming..Now, the South Sudanese student has been inundated with modelling offers. Ghanaian police arrest 6 Nigerians over alleged kidnap and rape

The Ghanaian police have arrested a 32-year-old Nigerian for allegedly kidnapping and raping a 21-year-old woman at Ashaley Botwe, near Accra. Five other Nigerians alleged to have also assaulted the woman have also been arrested. The suspects are Chimaroke, Ike Amechi, Anthony Emmanuel, Godfred Alex, Kayode Ayodele and Opious Owner. The Accra Regional Police Commander of Operations, Chief Superintendent Kwesi Ofori, revealed that the main suspect, Chimaroke, and the victim were friends on Facebook and had been interacting regularly. Chimaroke later convinced her to come to his house, where he lived with the five accomplices, for an Eid-ul Fitr present. Two Brothers Arrested For Macheting A 73-Year Old Man To Death

The Ogun State Police Command says it has arrested two brothers, Mathew Elegbede, 27, and Sunday Elegbede, 33, over the alleged murder of a 73-year-old man, Odeyemi Adebari. According to police reports, the suspects were arrested following a complaint from the son of the deceased who reported at Agbara Division headquarters of the command, that the two brothers attacked his father with a machete and inflicted injuries on him, which led to his death. A tourist in China is reported to have fainted after accidentally breaking a jade bracelet worth £34,000. The woman was visiting a jade market in Ruili City, south western China's Yunnan province on June 27 when she accidentally dropped a bracelet while trying it on. Unfortunately for the woman, the jade bracelet snapped in half, reports the People's Daily Online. .
