Former President Goodluck Jonathan's cousin, Azibaola Robert, continues to face charges of fraud involving $40m.

EFCC has accused Azibaola of siphoning the funds meant for the supply of Tactical Communication Kits. Three people caught in possession of two fresh human heads and legs, have been paraded by the Oyo State Police Command. The state Commissioner of Police, Mr. Abiodun Odude, said the suspects were arrested by the Special Anti-Robbery Squad of the Command on November 11, following a tip-off by a member of the public. Odude added that the suspects confessed to have severed the body parts from corpses at a Muslim cemetery in Isale General Area of Ogbomoso. The three arrested suspects are Alfa Babatunde Kareem, 37, Taofeek Bello, 22, and Adebayo Yusuf, 23. One of the suspects, Kareem, noted that this was his first attempt at using human parts for money rituals. Filling Station Manager Hacked To Death In Cross River

A man identified as Mr Sampson was gruesomely killed at Meza Filling Station along Calabar-Ugep-Ikom Highway in Ugep, Cross River state. According to reports, Mr Sampson, the manager of the Filling Station – was attacked by unknown hoodlums with machetes and axes as his body had cuts. It has been established before filing this report that Mr Sampson is the manager of Meza filling station. Inspector General Of Police Gives Update On Notorious Kidnapper Evans

The Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, said on Friday that the notorious kidnapper, Chukwudidumeme Onwuamadike, also known as Evans, would be charged to court soon. Idris attributed the delay in Evans’ prosecution to police investigations to track down his accomplices within and outside the country. Evans had raked in millions of dollars as ransoms paid to him by his victims’ families before his arrest on June 10, 2017, in one of his mansions at Magodo, Lagos State. The IG, who spoke at a lecture which centred on proffering solutions to security challenges in Lagos, expressed worry at the rate at which the youth were venturing into kidnapping.
