Sexual Assault ::Pastor Omotosho knows fate 9 June

Judgment will be delivered on 9 June by a South African court on the bail application by Nigerian Pastor Tim Omotosho, charged with human trafficking and sexual assault. The Port Elizabeth Magistrate’s court fixed the judgement day after listening to arguments and counter arguments for Omotosho’s bail. The lawyer to the 58 year-old pastor,Alfonso Hatting, argued that there was no reason for the State to refuse the applicant bail, adding that it was up to the court to give the pastor the status of illegal or prohibited. He said the State’s case was weak and added that the pastor was not a flight risk and had known since October that he was under investigation. “He had five opportunities to escape but he came back; therefore he is not a flight risk,” said Hatting. However, prosecutor Nceba Ntelwa opposed the bail application citing that there was “seriously incriminating” evidence against the pastor.

Kenyan woman who distracted German husband with sex to allow lover to kill him, appears in court

A Kenyan woman based in Germany appeared in court Wednesday for the alleged murder of her German husband in September 2016. The suspects, Armina A. a mother of two and her lover, Jan D conspired and killed her husband, Ekkehart H while she was making love with him at their home in Ebersdorf. German newspaper Bild reports that the court documents show how Armina A. planned the murder of her husband Ekkehart H, carefully laying down the plans with her lover who was identified as Jan D. On the said day, Armina is said to have let her lover into the house and led him into the basement where she had a machete which had a blade of about 40cm. Founder of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleman has warned the Zambian government after the forceful deportation of one of his pastors that work in their country.
