Nigerians were jolted by the unsightly pictures of actress, Bose Alao-Omotoyosi’s battered face which surfaced online during the week. The accompanying story was that the actress was allegedly beaten by her footballer husband, Razak Omotoyosi.
This came as a surprise to those familiar with Bose’s career because she has always spoken about how much her husband adores her and holds her in high esteem.
Sunday Scoopsought to find out from the actress if there was any truth to the online reports. After several days of trying to reach her on the telephone, the actress responded to our enquiries in a subdued voice. She said, “I know what you want to talk about, and I am not interested in saying anything about it.” Prodded to make a comment to allay the worries of her fans who are worried about her well-being, she said, “My lawyer has told me not to say anything about that issue, and I’m keeping to his advice.”
